. Need to know.
Communication on Meals for Cons
As part of our need to reduce costs, effective May 1, we will no longer order
meals for contingent (space available) passengers on domestic and transborder
routes. By making this change we will save about 1.4M annually and reduce the
number of delays associated with obtaining extra meals at the last minute. Once
the revenue customers have been served Inflight Service will endeavour to serve
any remaining meals to contingent passengers in order of their boarding
sequence seniority. We will continue to provide meals for positive space
priority passengers as well as all registered contingent passengers on
international flights, including the Caribbean and Hawaii.
We appreciate your support and understanding.
