*** Airport Resorts: Pampering for tired travellers

DFP -- After crossing the Atlantic Ocean four times
in six days, Northwest Airlines flight attendant Joyce
Flynn arrived Monday at Detroit Metro Airport suffering
from severe jet lag. Within minutes, the flight attendant
had shed her shoes and was enjoying a 45-minute pedicure
at OraOxygen, a spa that opened March 16 in the new
midfield terminal. A spa employee placed 20 drops of a
Norwegian seaweed extract under Flynn's tongue to boost
her blood oxygen levels. Flynn is among a growing number
of travellers nation-wide who ease the stress of flying by
patronising airport spas.
