. Employee Travel & Recognition advise that -
Subject: Re: FEDEX Discounts for Retirees

Yes, the retirees are included in the new revised agreement. I will contact
Fedex
and ensure that all of their stations are informed accordingly.

Helping you get SET to use the Employee Travel Site. Starting Dec. 16, the
Employee Travel Site (ETS), formerly known as the Employee Travel Website, will
be enhanced to give you access to such features as ticketless travel and
segment pricing. Information about these and other changes to Employee Travel,
were outlined in September in the “Streamlining Employee Travel” document. For
a copy of this document, visit the Pionairs web site via acfamily.net. A User
Guide, explaining the new processes, will be sent by company mail to all active
employees, and externally (by mail) to retirees and employees on a leave of
absence during the week of Dec. 9. You’re reminded to use the ETS and Speech
Recognition to arrange for all personal travel bookings.
