Parent/Partner Travel Program 2003 details on achorizons. Recently, we
announced a few changes to the existing Parent/Partner program. Some employees
expressed confusion about the limited “unaccompanied” partner travel introduced
on a one-year trial basis. To clarify, starting next year, “unaccompanied”
partner travel will apply only to the non-dependent children of all active and
retired Air Canada and Air Canada Jazz employees, and to single employees and
retirees who will be able to designate a partner. Complete details of the new
program are available in "Streamlining Employee Travel", which is available on
www.achorizons.ca, in the article entitled “New employee travel policy to be
introduced in the new year.”

There's a new web site available called www.gozed.com.
This site offers information on discounts for hotels, cars, cruises etc
in addition to ZED fare pricing. To access the fares portion of the
site enter carrier code AC, 3 digit code 014 and password aczed (or acjazz).
This will give access to the ZED interline agreements currently
in place.
Also www.flyzed.com is a web site for listing yourself on either Austrian
Airlines,
Condor, Lufthansa or S.A.S. for zed fare travel.

Air Canada News:
ZIP expands service to Eastern and Western Canada. Today, ZIP announced
expansion of service to Ottawa, Montreal, Victoria and Abbotsford, B.C.
starting Feb. 2. ZIP will add three aircraft to its existing fleet of seven
737-200 aircraft, to operate new non-stop flights between Winnipeg and
Montreal, Winnipeg and Ottawa, and Calgary and Abbotsford. ZIP service will
replace Air Canada mainline and Tango flights on these routes. As well, ZIP
will start non-stop service between Calgary and Victoria. ZIP is offering
special introductory fares on its new routes.
